The Qualitative Research Methodologies SIG is planning lots of events for 2023. The convenors are now meeting fortnightly to turn some of these ideas into reality. The first idea raised by members was the development of a seminar series related to a particular topic or theme. We are in the process of determining this, with a view to the seminars starting in March, and continuing monthly. If you have any suggestions for a theme, please鈥�

Michael Mu will convene a session at this year鈥檚 蓝鸟视频Conference to launch recent and forthcoming book series and books in Bourdieusian sociology of education. These include the new Routledge book series 鈥楤ourdieu and Education of Asia Pacific鈥�, forthcoming edited volumes by Routledge and Bloomsbury, and recently published monographs by Routledge. The editors and the authors of these books (e.g., Karen Dooley, Gath Stahl, Pat Thomson, Hui Yu) will introd鈥�
